Cross Fitting

The Cross Fitting – Stainless Steel, Powder Coated Gray is a precision-engineered solution for industrial piping systems requiring reliable four-way flow distribution. Designed specifically for use with compressed air (oil-free or lubricated), vacuum systems, and inert gases such as Nitrogen, Argon, and Helium, this fitting delivers dependable performance in demanding environments.

Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, the fitting is finished with a durable gray powder coating that enhances corrosion resistance and provides a clean, professional appearance suitable for exposed installations. Its mechanical connection design ensures fast, secure assembly without the need for welding or threading, making it ideal for modular systems and field installations.

Each Cross Fitting is supplied with 4 pipe-to-pipe connectors, which include standard NBR seals for general-purpose use. For high-temperature applications, FKM seals are available upon request, offering enhanced thermal and chemical resistance.

Engineered to handle a maximum working pressure of 300 PSI for sizes up to 6″, and 188 PSI for 8″ and 10″ sizes, the fitting also supports 29.9 inHg (99% vacuum). Its operating temperature range of -4°F to +176°F (-20°C to +80°C) ensures reliable performance across a wide range of industrial conditions.
